My 21st Birthday!

Hmm…I had a pretty interesting 21st birthday this year…it was simple…and then…it was still simple…hahaha
A lot of people celebrated their 21st birthday differently…or rather special…but here I am stuck in this dreadful place…can’t help it to be just plain simple and nothing more…

To top things up…I had a fever at the day of my birthday…I woke up with a terrible headache…and it resulted into…FEVER! Yippee…!!!

On the night of my birthday…I treated my buddies to dinner…this is like a thing we do…the birthday girl or boy will have to treat the whole gang for dinner on their birthdays…

As so…although I was half dead…I dragged myself out of bed…popped in two tablets of panadols…and whoop we went to the restaurant…I know I shouldn't’t be eating all the food that was ordered…but hey man…it’s my birthday…bo ko leng call em eat ho liao I eat muai???

NO! NO!

As so…I had…

To having THIS…..

MUAI!!!

This was my breakfast...lunch...dinner and supper...and i stayed in bed for 2 days and was constantly sleeping and resting...what a 21st birthday...

Pity? I know…

Alah…okay laa…no more complaining…now I’m gonna write about something that is not so depressing…
Erm…actually I didn’t expect much from this year’s birthday…although it’s kinda a big deal for most people… as so I should make it a big deal as well…but seriously…I’m stuck here…what more can I do…
However…I got the best present already when Regan flu all the way here to Australia just to spend our birthdays together…=)

On my birthday eve...i thought there will be no cake from Regan...cause he wouldn't know where to buy the cakes or even the time to do so...because we were constantly together...

BUT...

At the stroke of 12am...i was in front of my laptop when i heard a big POP!!!! POP!!!! POP!!! and it scared me...as so i shouted..... AHHHH....!!!!

Regan laughed and laughed and said HAPPY BIRTHDAY!

Apparently he bought some celebration tingy that pops colour paper out when you pull the string...-.-

After that he took out a small slice of cake with candles on top and sang a birthday song for me....Aww.......Thank you baby...i thought there will be no surprises this year...=p

WEll...obviously he is still not familiar with Adelaide and do not know where to look for cakes...hehe...as so he bought a slice of choco cake from one of the cafes when i was not around...

And BEHOLD!!!!

A BRACELET!!!!


I didn’t really like it at first because I thought it was rather heavy and big in size? Haha…but it is about the heart that counts than the present itself…and I should give him credit for the price he paid for it…it aint cheap…I would rather he gave me an ang pao with the money inside…then I would seriously be happy…wahaha….FAT TAT looooooo…!!
Anyway…thank you baby…=p

Carrying on… GeGe and Ah Sou gave Regan and me a pair of cute wine glasses…

They are really cute…love it…I think people use this kind of wine glasses in weddings…so I think I am gonna keep this pressie for the really big occasion yar…

I got a cake from Gei lou…thank you la ya gei gei…and booking the table for the dinner…I know you very good one…LOL…xie xie ni de ai...

I got a cosmetic box from the aunties from 9th floor...hehe...xie xie ni men...

i HATE to say this...but i got these as well...

LOL...

I will keep these two until i am 40 years old then maybe i will consider...or maybe my butt will be too huge to fit into the undies already...hm...

Hm...thats about it...my 21st birthday...simple...but nice...and warming...hehe...

Oh yea...i really wanna thank all the people that greeted me Happy Birthday that day...all the greetings really helped me made my day...touched...and a slight feel of warmth...--->SONG!!

One last thing that i would like to do...

I would like to try to rob my dad when i get back...huahaha...

I asked him what pressie will he give me this year...he said a KEY!

"I will call mom to find you a key okay?"

When i heard this...there was joy all over...thinking waaa seok seok...got key like everyone...a necklace with a silver key...

and then he added...

"铁钥匙要吗？"

We both won ourselves a gold medal that day...

And saw what went wrong...

And decided to give it another go...

I am glad with what we went through...

I am glad with what we did wrong...

I am glad with the things we regreted...

The tears that we shed...

All the effort...

I know every single of that moment counts...

Because...without all that...

We would not be where we are today...

On top of everything...

I am grateful...

That i met u...
